We're looking for a backend engineer to build and own the services our products run on - APIs, data models, integrations and the jobs that keep them healthy.
What you'll do
- Design, build and maintain APIs and background jobs in production.
- Model data and write queries that stay fast as the tables grow.
- Own reliability for what you ship: monitoring, alerting and incident follow-up.
- Review teammates' code and keep the codebase something people enjoy working in.
What we're looking for
- Solid experience shipping backend services to production.
- Comfort with a relational database and with API design (REST or GraphQL).
- A habit of writing tests and thinking about failure modes before they happen.
