The Content Creator is responsible for researching, planning, and producing engaging visual, written, or audio materials that align with the brand’s identity. The ultimate goal is to attract the target audience, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across various digital platforms (such as social media, websites, and blogs).
Ideation & Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and daily content.
Copywriting & Scripting: Write high-quality blog posts, marketing copy, social media captions, and video scripts.
Multimedia Production: Shoot and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks), design basic graphics, or collaborate with the design/video team.
Platform Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor content across various social media channels and digital platforms.
Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, viral topics, and competitor activities, while using analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize future strategies.
Community Engagement: Interact with the audience through comments and messages to foster a loyal community around the brand.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a digital content creator, backed by a strong portfolio of past work.
Creativity & Innovation: The ability to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging, and shareable content.
Design & Editing Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
Creative Writing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different platforms.
SEO Basics: A solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles to boost content visibility.
Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with marketing and design teams.
