We're looking for a product designer to own a problem end to end - understanding it, shaping the solution, and staying with it after it ships.
What you'll do
- Take a product area from problem definition through to launch and iteration.
- Run discovery: talk to users, map the flows, and decide what not to build.
- Prototype quickly, test the risky parts, and refine the details that matter.
- Work with engineering and product from the first day of a feature, not the last.
What we're looking for
- Case studies that show your reasoning, not just the final screens.
- Comfort deciding with incomplete information, and revisiting the decision with data.
- Fluency designing for Arabic and English, right-to-left included.
